Baylor utilizes refrigerated trailers to serve the healthcare industry and is roughly 8% of Baylor's business. * Tractors are fully loaded APU, refrigerators, double bunks, inverters, microwave, paid Sirius XM Satellite Radio * Tractor models are Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia automatic and governed at 70 mph. * No endorsements required * 24hr dispatch + Dedicated Driver Manager * Quarterly paid time off * Per Diem package available at .15 CPM * Paid vacation * Health Insurance + Vision + Dental * 401k * Driver referral bonus of $.05 CPM paid weekly. * Must have 1 year of verifiable driving experience (Class A) and be at least 23 years old*
