$1000 Sign On Bonus for Part Time!! As a Resident Aide for Lenape Valley Foundation, you would be assisting our residents in The BARN program. The BARN program is a licensed residence with therapeutic supports. You will follow a team model to assist up to 9 residents with mental health challenges.
