CDL Truck Driver (Class-A)

Job Description GET HOME DAILY! Driver pay range based on specific route. MONDAY - FRIDAY NIGHTS (6PM - TYPICALLY 3AM when route is complete) | Average stops per route 8. Average miles per night-400. Position Overview: The CDL Truck Driver (Class A) is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods to and from various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, strong communication skills and the ability to handle freight effectively. Responsibilities Include: * Safety Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. * Transport goods to and from distribution centers, stores, and other locations as assigned. * Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure safety and prevent damage. * Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance. * Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure smooth operations. * Adhere to all safety protocols and company polices, including hours-of-service regulations. * Assist with other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: * Valid CDL Class A license with hazmat endorsement and a clean driving record. * Minimum of 2+years of experience driving commercial vehicles (Class A). * Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards. * Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. * Ability to lift 50lbs and perform physical tasks related to loadingunloading. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
