You will play a pivotal role in managing the care of adult or geriatric patients experiencing general medical conditions or general surgical procedures.As a virtual nurse, you will assist with tasks such as completing the admission and discharge process, care plan development and maintenance, patient education, medication and discharge teaching, care coordination, mentoring of new nurses, and implementation of evidence-based care.
