Job Description:Surgical First Assist Full TimeI. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience RequiredSurgical First Assist facilitates the delivery of perioperative nursing care by assisting the surgeon in achieving desired surgical outcomes.Supports the surgery department by providing direct patient care, evaluating outcomes and adjusting nursing care process to adhere to legal, ethical, and clinical standards.
