About the Job Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers based in Landover, MD, to support our dedicated customer hauling grocery in a reefer trailer. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at (800) 879-7826. Pay This position has a collective bargaining agreement with pay increases built in continuously over four years. Driver will earn $72,000 - $77,000 per year for the first year and are paid based on route, either hourly or miles and stops. Top earners are over $104,000 per year. Schedule Enjoy being home daily with 4-day and 5-day work weeks and consecutive or split days off. Current shifts available are Friday through Tuesday starting between Midnight -3 a.m. and Wednesday to Sunday starting 1:30 a.m. Drivers will average 40-45 hours per week, based on current route available. All shifts are subject to change based on seniority. Equipment Drive an automatic late-model Day Cab or Sleeper with refrigerated trailers. This is driver assist grocery delivery via electric pallet jack.
