Our employees are an outstanding team of professionals who go above-and-beyond each day with their compassionate care to our residents and the individuals we serve.What's your day like?As a new Dietary Aide at JGS Lifecare, you can expect a fulfilling daily routine that involves a variety of tasks critical to the care of our residents. Your day will begin with preparing the kitchen for meal service, ensuring all safety and cleanliness standards are met. You will assist in meal preparation, serve food to residents, and accommodate specific dietary requirements with empathy and attention. Interaction with residents is key, as you'll be providing them with not just nutritious meals but also companionship. Choose from one of these 40-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 3 PM or 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with rotating weekends to support our team and facility.Additionally, there are opportunities for per-diem staff, allowing for flexible hours tailored to your availability.
