Structural Restoration Engineer Intriguing Opportunitiy to Research, Analyze and Solve Structural Deficiencies One of Metric's long-term partners in Seattle, Washington is looking for a structural restoration engineer to join their growing team! Conduct investigations, surveys, and tests on existing buildings to identify and diagnose issues causing damage or deterioration. Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to project requirements, and closely track budget and procedural standards. Perform or review condition appraisals, and develop repair schemes and recommendations. Coordinate engineers and technical personnel for office projects. Assist and mentor other professionals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in structural or architectural engineering or relevant field. Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA). 5+ years of experience working in the forensic and/or restoration field. Significant project management experience. This position involves design of buildings, not software. All candidates must be eligible to work and must be located in the US.
