Design HCM enterprise structure, workforce structure, complex Payroll, Benefits and Absence processes Business process mapping & modeling, fit-gap analysis, configuration, validations, Data conversion, data validation system integration, testing, documentation, transition, post-implementation Support, project assessments, and Enhancement. Oversee the complete end-to-end solutions in the project lifecycle, project initiation, global design, business requirement gathering, project health check, configuration, testing, relationship cultivation, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and successful deployment.
