Senior Loan Consultant

As a Senior Loan Consultant, you will play a vital role in overseeing the efficient operation of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with business development relationships within the community. Key Responsibilities: Manage and motivate staff to meet branch goals and objectives Make and recommend loan decisions, process and close consumer loans, and collect accounts in delinquency stages Assist branch manager with business development relationships and sales goals Implement solutions to assist customers and monitor overall satisfaction Contribute to hiring, staffing, training, and performance reviews Ensure high quality of customer service and perform other assigned duties Requirements: High School Diploma or GED 5+ years of consumer finance or related experience Ability to work with minimum supervision Excellent communication skills and proficiency in industry lending software, Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree Bilingual, Spanish/English Compensation: Salary range: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, plus quarterly incentive compensation Work Environment: Office Environment
