Why do we need you ? What's the job? **The ideal candidate will reside in the Eastern or Central time zones** The Training Manager is responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of comprehensive training programs for our production employees. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, a passion for employee development, and the ability to design training programs that enhance productivity and employee development while ensuring compliance with safety standards, and promotion of continuous improvement. Design, develop, and implement training programs that address the needs of production employees, including onboarding, safety procedures, equipment operation, quality control, and continuous improvement. Provide leadership, training and development to plant-based training resources. Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for production employees, utilizing a variety of instructional methods such as hands-on training, workshops, e-learning, and classroom sessions. Ensure that all training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to employees. Collaborate with production managers and supervisors to identify training needs and ensure that programs are aligned with operational goals. Ensure that all training programs comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards. Promote a culture of safety by embedding best practices into all training modules. Is this job for you ? What do you bring? Bachelor's degree in a discipline relevant to creating and executing an effective training program in a manufacturing/production environment Experience with creating training programs for production processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
