Software Engineering Routing Manager

We are seeking a Software Engineering Routing Manager to lead the Routing Team within the Core Software Systems Team. This role involves fostering a strong team environment, developing trusting relationships with team members, and driving productivity improvements through advanced routing algorithms. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete software development lifecycle within a fast paced, Agile environment. Oversee day-to-day activities of the engineering team, ensuring project plans and delivery commitments are met. Mentor and develop a diverse group of software engineers, attracting top-tier talent through recruitment activities. Collaborate with other engineering teams on planning, design, and development for releases. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (i.e. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) 10 years of experience in Software Development. Minimum of 5 years in a team lead or manager role. Proven ability to deliver high-quality, reliable code implemented on schedule. Strong knowledge of Object Oriented design and experience with path planning algorithms and multi-agent control.
