Software Engineer Appian Experience

The role requires extensive experience in Appian development and a deep understanding of software engineering in a government environment. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining Appian-based solutions that meet project objectives and compliance standards. We are open to 1099 candidates. . Type: 1-Year Contract (with potential for extension) Clearance: Must have a Tier 1 Background Investigation (Completed) Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen (No visa sponsorship) Responsibilities: Develop and implement Appian applications to address complex project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define technical needs. Enhance existing applications while integrating new functionalities. Ensure compliance with government security and regulatory standards in all deliverables. Required Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience with Appian BPM development. 10+ years of overall software development experience in the IT industry. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Completed Tier 1 Background Investigation . Prior experience working in a government environment . Must be a U.S. Citizen . Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of Appian architecture and best practices. Experience with API integrations, web services, and databases. Familiarity with government compliance and security protocols.
