Senior Engineer Full Stack We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer Full Stack with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OutSystems development and a strong understanding of OutSystems UI Themes Security Platform Admin REST API LifeTime and BPT. This role is hybrid with a day shift schedule and no travel required. Location: Waukegan, IL You must be legally authorized to work in USA without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using OutSystems platform. * Ensure the implementation of OutSystems UI and Themes to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. * Oversee the security aspects of OutSystems applications to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. * Administer the OutSystems platform to ensure optimal performance and availability. * Integrate OutSystems applications with external systems using REST API. * Utilize OutSystems LifeTime for application lifecycle management and deployment. * Design and implement business process workflows using OutSystems BPT. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. * Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. * Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to OutSystems applications. * Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in OutSystems technology. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications: * Possess a strong background in OutSystems development with hands-on experience in UI Themes Security Platform Admin REST API LifeTime and BPT. * Demonstrate expertise in creating and maintaining OutSystems applications that meet business requirements. * Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. * Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. * Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Experience in Research and Development is a plus. * Ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage tasks efficiently in a day shift schedule.
