Elder Law Attorney

Established firm looking to add a highly skilled Attorney to join their team. As an Attorney on this team you will manage your own Elder Law and Estate Planning cases. This is an onsite role. Responsibilities: Have strong research, writing, and analytical skills Review, analyze, and draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills Communicate with knowledge and compassion with clients of various levels of sophistication regarding technical matters Communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, senior management, clients, and support staff with a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics Track and manage billable hours and ensure all aspects of client and case management are properly met Requirements: Must be licensed to practice in the state of New Jersey 2-3 years of Elder Law and/or Estate Planning Ability to work in a team environment Impeccable communication and organizational skills Benefits: PTO Bonus earning potential Paid holidays Health insurance Retirement Plan
