Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain and control the consolidated accounting and reporting for all fixed assets for all Company subsidiaries and selected affiliates as assigned. Provide fixed asset, construction-in-progress, and depreciation information to managers as requested. Prepare detailed schedules for audits, tax purposes, and year-end financial statements required. Provide required information to the federal, state and provincial auditors to prepare the audit and assessment reports when necessary. Ensure the Concur travel system and policies allow for the accurate and timely reporting of associate travel expenses. Complete month end closing tasks including, but not limited to, uploading/validating/promoting financial data for all subsidiaries and assigned affiliates into reporting systems. As assigned, prepare and post journal entries, reconcile and clear assigned general ledger accounts for the company, its subsidiaries, and selected affiliates. Prepare and report financial results for joint ventures. Analyze existing processes for efficiency, accuracy and compliance with company policies and internal controls Other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting required and Two - Three years' experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment required. Previous ERP experience is beneficial. General knowledge of accounting systems and personal computers required. Advanced Excel skills is a must.
