Mobile Phlebotomy Supervisor Springfield, IL, USA Req #2515 Tuesday, October 22, 2024 ImpactLife provides lifesaving blood products to more than 120 hospitals and emergency medical service providers in a four-state region. We are headquartered in Davenport, Iowa and have distribution hubs and donor centers in Iowa, Illinois, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Every year we team up with thousands of blood donors and hundreds of community partners to help save lives through blood drives. ImpactLife has an opening for a Mobile Donor Services Supervisor on our phlebotomy team. This is a working supervisor position and will be fully trained on the entire blood collection processes. The Supervisor will provide daily supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and performance management to assigned team. The Supervisor will work under the direction of the Manager to ensure overall compliance to policies and procedures and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the Supervisor will provide coaching and motivation to his/her assigned team to promote excellent customer service and donor satisfaction. What you should bring to the team: Previous supervisory or management experience Strong leadership skills Enjoy working with the public Have a good, stable work history Understand the importance of following standard operating procedures Healthcare experience is a plus Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen This is a 30+ position working 30-39 hours per week.
