Responsibilities The Corporate HR Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating all policies and procedures in support of company goals & strategies: Collaborate with division HR Managers to create & update HR processes Work closely with HR Director and leadership to develop HR initiatives Maintain working knowledge of regulatory changes to HR & Safety protocol Facilitate professional development, talent management, and training Gather, analyze, and consolidate a variety of data for related KPIs Provide guidance to HR Managers and division leaders Travel up to 25% Other duties as assigned Experience Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Human Resources or related field 5+ years of multi-site HR experience (Manufacturing environment preferred) Understanding of OSHA, Worker's Compensation, and Federal Wage & Hour If you are interested in learning more, please apply to this posting.
