Summary:  Our award-winning client is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team.Our client is a reputable law firm specializing in workers' compensation litigation. We are seeking a dedicated Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team in El Segundo, CA. As a Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing for our clients. You will process invoices, manage accounts receivable, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities:  Process and prepare monthly invoices for client accounts. Review and verify billing transactions for compliance. Manage accounts receivable, including processing and reconciling. Identify and collect past-due balances. Resolve billing/payment discrepancies. Collaborate with attorneys and office supervisors to maintain adherence to client billing guidelines. Submit and monitor invoices through manual and electronic billing systems. Provide excellent customer service for client inquiries. Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines. Assist in training team members. Perform other billing-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:  5+ years of billing/collections experience at a law firm. Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level. Experience in data entry and working with computerized systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in billing/collections, with a focus on e-billing software (Tymetrix, Legal X, Collaborati, or similar). Bachelor's degree in business (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
