POSITION OVERVIEW: The Portfolio Business Partner at Fontainebleau Las Vegas will serve as the primary IT point of contact for one or more business portfolios, aligning IT services with the strategic goals of the organization. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy and vision, leading IT teams, managing projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary IT liaison for business units, aligning IT services with their strategic objectives. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy and vision for one or more business portfolios at Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Lead IT teams in the execution of projects and the management of services, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture. Identify and leverage opportunities for digital transformation and innovation within business processes. Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. Partner with IT service management process owners to provide service excellence, including incident, problem, and change management. Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and align IT strategies with business objectives. Proven leadership abilities to guide IT teams to successful outcomes. Ability to identify and implement innovative technology solutions and adapt to changing strategies and trends. Strong project management skills, with an understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry preferred. Business area expertise (specific to each portfolio managed). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is responsible for supervising both hourly and salaried Members, as well as third-party contractors and vendors. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
