Field Engineer Support Duration: 4 months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION As a Field Engineer 4, you will work in a highly directed environment. Your assignments will include repair activities such as replaceable unit swapping, image loading, and unit testing using a detailed script. You will also perform other non-troubleshooting duties. Direction will be provided by script, help desk or service desk in a Next Business Day (NBD) and/or Same Business Day (SBD) service delivery environment. General Job Information: Candidate will be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass drug and background screening.
