Accounts Payable Specialist Bethlehem, PA • Finance Job Type Full-time Description Tyber Medical, LLC is looking for a driven Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist to join our dynamic team as we continue to expand! The A/P Specialist will own the A/P process for the company and will ensure all processes are followed, maintaining appropriate records, ensuring compliance, and working on ways to improve the process. The ideal candidate is comfortable working alone as well as part of a team. Requirements Enter A/P, including 3 way matches with Purchase Orders (PO), and non-PO invoices, including employee expense reimbursements Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, and obtaining approvals Review Supplier statements and respond to all A/P related correspondence Process weekly A/P payment processing Review daily bank activity (cash out) Monthly credit card reconciliation 1099s Supplier maintenance including banking verifications Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables, ensuring the accuracy of Tyber's financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes Annual audit, tax return, R&D credit support Analysis of the A/P Clearing Account Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization Backup for Accounts Receivable and other duties as assigned 2+ years of related experience OR Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university Knowledge of the general accounting procedures; General Ledger and coding expenses, including by location, department, project, etc. Detail oriented with capability to complete complex assignments with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal communication skills: ability to work with people across multiple departments. Excellent follow-up skills when approvals are needed Must possess strong analytical and organizational skills, understand how to trace in our ERP and understand find the cause of issues Detail oriented with capability to complete assignments with minimal supervision. Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems (such as Epicor, SAP, JD Edwards, Great Plains) preferred Strong communication skills both verbally and written
