Due to growth and expansion, they have created a new position, VP Of Human Resources, that they are actively looking to get filled. This position is on-site at their Nashville, Tennessee headquarters. Responsibilities: Provide executive level leadership and guidance to the organization's HR operations. Set, enforce, and evaluate legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. Identify and implement long-range strategic talent management goals. Ensure all personnel actions are resolved in a fair, consistent, and legal way. Conduct all HR activities in accordance with established company policies and procedures as well as federal and state regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
