Position Overview We are looking for a dedicated Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team in our Rocky Hill, CT offices. This position is responsible for maintaining a customer centric approach by providing a quality experience for the customer. The Sales and Customer Service Associate develops customer accounts by facilitating and communicating pricing and product information and implementing strategies to increase revenue results. Position is onsite, office hours 8:00am - 5:00pm. Responsibilities Communicate with customers by phone and email. Enter sales order and answer product questions. Proactively manage the complete sales cycle and post-sale activities. Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise. Keeping customers informed about new products. Updating records of customer communication and contact information. Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership. Requirements: A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably with a manufacturing company. Attention to detail. Drive to learn the technical aspects of the Hayn product lines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ability to identify and follow up on leads. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team. Proven problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and strong time management skills.
