Kitchen Manager (healthcare/dietary/dining services) Job Responsibilities Specific duties for this Assistant Dining Services Manager position include : The Assistant Dining Services Manager assists the Dining Services Manager (DSM) in ensuring that nourishing, palatable, and well-balanced meals are prepared and served to meet the daily nutritional and special dining needs of each resident, consistent with accepted nutritional standards and regulatory requirements. Kitchen Manager (healthcare/dietary/dining services) EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: : Aminimum of two (2) years' experience working in the kitchen of a long-term care facility or health-care setting.
