The Accounting Manager will have a central spot in the organization and have the opportunity to influence the role and his/her future development! Our client is looking for someone with a solid technical accounting background, ideally out of a large public accounting firm with hands-on exposure to large international companies. This role is meant for a high performer who enjoys consulting, finance, and strategy; a "change agent" and thought leader would thrive here! Primary Responsibilities: Accounting and financial reporting Assist in the handling and review of payroll and benefits accounting Compile and analyze financial information to transact journal entries to the general ledger. Analyze and provide key figures, including working capital targets and liquidity forecast in collaboration with the finance team Assist in the preparation of tax provisions as well as compliance including indirect tax Assist in monthly upload of SAP financial data into Hyperion for group accounting consolidation Accounting projects in collaboration with the Finance Director Prepare lease accounting analysis and journal entries Record, monitor, analyze and reconcile fixed assets Ensure internal controls are effectively maintained for assigned tasks Provide support for the interim and year-end audits Recommend improvements to the efficiency of accounting processes and timeliness of deliverables Assist with ad hoc projects to support global finance and controlling teams Requirements: CPA preferred 5+ years' experience of general accounting experience. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Strong tech skills including intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency SAP experience HIGHLY preferred SAP s/4 Hana experience is a PLUS Strong communication skills with the ability and desire to collaborate and make a daily contribution to the team #LI-MP4
