Overview FAIR-RITE PRODUCTS CORP. - LOCATED IN WALLKILL, NEW YORK Days and Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm Benefits for Full Time Employees: Salary Range: $17.40/hr- $18.89/hr dependant on expereince Medical, Dental and Vison insurance Employer Sponsored Health Savings Account (HSA) 401(k) plan with Employer Match Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Thoroughly clean and sanitize rest rooms throughout the facility Empty trash and garbage containers, including external receptacles Dust, sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum office space and production facility Wash windows and other glass areas Prepare cardboard and paper for recycling; as well as collect and prepare cans/bottles for recycling Assist in cleaning snow and debris from sidewalks and other walkways Assist other maintenance personnel as needed and appropriate Notify management concerning need for repairs Other non-essential duties may be assigned as necessary Follow all relevant Quality and / or Environmental standards to which Fair Rite is certified Follow all O.S.H.A. standards and the F/R Safety and Health Policy Qualifications Minimum Education / Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with a minimum of 6 - 12 months on the job training and or experience Previous cleaning / janitorial experience is a plus Preferred Education / Experience Requirements: Vocational / Technical Education or Technical Training Certificate with a minimum of 3 to 6 months on the job training and or experience related to cleaning /janitorial Company Website Company Profile Fair-Rite Products Corp. is a family-owned business that was formed in 1952 in Wallkill, New York USA.
