Direct, Full-Time Hire Construction Coordinator career opportunity available! 31452 Location: Austell, GA (30168) Role Overview: The Construction Coordinator will track construction progress, prepare weekly field reports, attend OAC meetings, and coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters during the building process. Company is a full-service architecture and engineering design firm specializing in educational, athletic, and commercial design. Our primary focus is complete client satisfaction, and we encourage our employees to think like owners/managers to achieve this goal. We offer stock options and bonuses, bringing total compensation into the mid to upper $80s--$90s range. Key Responsibilities: Conduct weekly site visits to monitor construction progress Prepare and submit weekly field reports Attend OAC meetings Coordinate with contractors, clients, and company headquarters Review and respond to RFIs and shop drawings Approve pay requests and process change orders Coordinate with design staff and contractors to resolve field issues Conduct punch list observations and write letters of substantial completion Collect close-out documents and assist the owner with warranty items Requirements: 3-5 years of commercial construction inspection/management experience B.S. in construction management, architecture, or a combination of higher education and related work experience Fundamental understanding of engineering systems/approaches and construction processes Detail-oriented and customer service-driven Additional Information: Flexible start time between 6:30--9:00 AM, 8-hour days Local candidates only; no relocation or sponsorship available Salary: $57k--$65k base, with total compensation in the $80s--$90s (including stock options and bonus) + full benefits Apply now to join a team that stands out in the competitive industry by delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
