Overview First Citizens Wealth has evolved from a regional wealth management shop with investment management, trust and private banking capabilities to a scaled national footprint. To support this change, First Citizens is seeking a marketing team member to support our integrated marketing program to the next level and drive business results. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented team player, who enjoys writing, developing, and managing content, events, collaborating with colleagues, and managing vendors to produce multi-channel marketing campaigns. Responsibilities Strategic Direction Enable the launch and help manage the production of tactics for marketing campaigns and programs that will drive qualified business leads pipeline to help close new business opportunities. Align marketing requests from sales and key business stakeholders to our Wealth and Consumer Marketing plans. Collaborate with our Marketing centers of excellence to execute and optimize marketing channels (email, social, web etc), through a content marketing strategy that works with our overall advertising and PR strategy. Assist in the management annual, segment-based content marketing plan, within budget, across a range of activities, including public relations, sponsorships, digital marketing, webinars, events and client communications. Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing and business area leaders to develop content programs, and events. Ensure content aligns with and supports advertising and branding objectives while working alongside PR, sponsorships, corporate partnerships and experiential events. Manage and optimize the use of marketing channels for content distribution and engagement (email, social, web etc.) Tactical Program Management Work with third parties and internal subject matter experts to develop and roll out marketing content that supports our segment strategy. Support First Citizens' client service model through regular publication of content in the monthly newsletters, and execution of events and webinars. Organize the creation of interactive and social media content to drive awareness of First Citizens Wealth through digital channels. Analyze and measure content effectiveness to optimize results. Manage consultant and vendor relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of related marketing project management experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of related marketing project management experience. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can work well deadlines.
