IT Specialists are the main point of contact for employees with technology issues, and are responsible for troubleshooting, resolution, and follow-up on technology issues. Other responsibilities will include infrastructure monitoring, equipment deployment, maintenance of systems/applications, and a variety of technology related tasks. Position will require travel to all Range Bank offices. Primary Responsibilities Handles problem recognition, research, resolution, and follow-up for employee technology issues Assists employees with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software Proactively monitors, troubleshoots, and supports internal servers, applications, and other infrastructure Assists with onboarding of new employees as it relates to system access and education Follows established procedures and policies to provide good system control and maintains sufficient records for good audit trail of all transactions handled by the department Assists with the maintenance of department knowledge base Participates in other projects and initiatives, as required, contributing to the continued improvement of overall company performance Adheres to Range Bank policies and procedures Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness Minimum Requirements 2 years relevant experience or college degree in related field Microsoft Office 365/Azure Administration Strong problem solving, attention to detail, and troubleshooting skills Preferred Qualifications College degree in related field Experience in a highly controlled cybersecurity environment Experience with Microsoft desktop and server administration Experience with Remote Management and monitoring tools Experience with a variety of standard technologies (DNS, DHCP, WiFi, Powershell, etc.) Full Time Benefits include: Paid time off (2 weeks to start) Volunteer time off (1 day per year) Paid holidays (9.5 days per year) Health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Telehealth with $0 copay HSA plan options, including employer contribution Vision Dental 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% match (after 1 year) Short term disability insurances (paid 100% by company) Long term disability insurance (paid 100% by company) Life insurance (paid 100% by company) Voluntary life insurance Employee Assistance Program Employee Stock Purchase Plan This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; and nothing in this herein restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
