Find out more at watch an overview video at DataReconciliation Specialist(s) TheDataReconciliation Specialist will review servicedatain the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & Scheduling system) for accuracy and completeness. TheDataReconciliation Specialist will report to the Quality Manager. Duties and responsibilities include: -Reviewing servicedatain the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & -Scheduling system), paying particular attention to trip coding -Reviewing TRAC performancedatafrom the telecommunication system -Identifyingquestionable or incorrectdatain either of the two systems mentioned above, and working with operations staff to make corrections as appropriate -Working collaboratively with the Operations Reporting & Performance Analyst to ensure reports areaccurateand reflect operational performance Qualifications of theDataReconciliation Specialist include: -High school diploma or GED -Previousexperience in adataanalysis role at a medium or large firm with largedatasets -Demonstrated ability to work independently -Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQLproficiency -Strong attention to detail -Strong communicationskills (written and oral) The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
