The Manager, Talent Acquisition (TA) builds and executes the talent acquisition strategy for the Operations function in alignment with the overall Pharmavite talent strategy to support Company growth. The manager will lead and engage a recruiting team as well as perform hands-on talent acquisition responsibilities, including building a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensuring positive hiring manager, candidate and new hire experiences. This is a leadership role with three direct reports and reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition. Primary Responsibilities: Develops and executes comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire the best talent in alignment with Pharmavite's overall talent strategy. Directly leads recruiting efforts for site leadership and other critical operations management positions: strategically determine position posting placement, evaluate applicants, conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, and lead offer process. Drive focused diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives to ensure diverse candidate slates are presented. Proactively and collaboratively partners with hiring managers and other key business leaders to understand current business strategy and internal talent makeup to define unique recruitment strategies, identify critical skills/roles, and build talent pipelines for future workforce needs. This role is a trusted advisor to key TA stakeholders including hiring managers, business leaders and HRBPs. Leads, engages, coaches, and develops team members and set an example of high-performance standards, mentoring direct reports, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and objectives. Builds and maintains a strong employer brand to attract diverse talent. Ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process. Ensures recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is compliant with all policies and legislation, in addition to following best practices for applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring. Remains current with industry trends for Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing roles and applies those insights to drive achievement of recruiting and hiring plans, especially for difficult to fill roles. Measures and reports key team and individual performance metrics to key stakeholders to inform strategic decision making. Utilize data analysis to adjust requisition loads, recruiting strategies, and ensure performance as needed to ensure hiring goals are met. Identifies and implements innovative solutions that align with evolving business needs to elevate talent acquisition team's performance and drive continuous improvement. Develops and executes sourcing strategies to promote our employee value proposition and build pipelines of top diverse talent by utilizing various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Partners with HRBPs, Total Rewards and hiring managers develop equitable and attractive job offers, obtain necessary approvals and facilitate presenting offers to candidates. Develops, enhances, and drives initiatives focused on Company priorities such as DIB (Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) initiatives and employer brand. Performs other work-related duties as assigned or required. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. 6+ years of progressive recruitment and talent sourcing experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with a minimum of 2 years in developing high performing recruitment teams. Demonstrates strong team management and leadership skills. Has a track record for leading a high performing team and coaching team members in both day to day recruiting responsibilities as well as individual job performance and development opportunities. Strong business acumen and analytical mindset ability to build collaborative partnerships with hiring managers. Champions the company externally and embodies employer value proposition with candidates. Strong ability to identify exceptional talent at all levels of the organization, including executive level positions. Has a track record for attracting great talent that makes a difference for the business and organization. Excellent project and priority management skills including organizing and completing projects to meet established deadlines or milestones. Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to adapt your style to suit various levels of audiences and experience formally presenting data in a clear and concise manner. Ability to always maintain an elevated level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive matters and information. Experience using data analytics to create, measure, and scale talent acquisition efforts to achieve accelerated hiring goals. Experience in identifying and implementing innovative solutions to solve problems. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to operate at both the strategic and operational levels: willingness to both lead and execute the work. Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills and deep understanding/experience with recruiting / applicant tracking systems web-based applications (preferably Workday, Beamery, etc.). Annual Pay Annual Pay Range $122,898.00 - $184,193.00 This represents the minimum and maximum base salary range for this role, plus annual incentive.
