We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. Job Description: As a Pizza Chef at Edison's Kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas according to our established recipes and high standards. You will ensure that each pizza meets our quality and presentation expectations, providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings according to recipes. Assemble and cook pizzas in a timely manner, ensuring consistency and quality. Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including ovens, equipment, and prep stations. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with inventory management, including checking and stocking ingredients. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or dietary needs. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Qualifications: Previous experience as a pizza chef or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and cooking methods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
