We are currently looking to hire strategic and analytical leader as a Director, Demand Planning based in Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY! This pivotal role involves steering our demand planning operations, ensuring the delivery of accurate forecasts that align with our S&OP processes and overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on demand forecasting within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. You'll be at the helm of a dynamic team, driving monthly volume consensus through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Category Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Strategies and Insights, and Supply Planning teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Marketing, Sales, Category Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, and Supply Planning, to drive both monthly and annual volume consensus for the assigned Business Unit (BU) Own and coordinate the Demand-led meetings as part of the monthly S&OP processes Serve as the objective voice of Supply Chain, ensuring alignment between demand forecasts and business objectives. Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Sales, Category Commercial and Revenue Growth Management to develop an understanding and insight of market influences and the impacts to demand planning Provide weekly trending insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and contribute to financial reporting * Own and drive Demand Planning performance and KPIs for designated business unit * Lead process and system transformations bringing best-in-class Demand Planning knowledge as well as a continuous improvement and change management mindset Support standardization of Demand Planning processes across the function Manage the hiring, training, development and evaluation of a multi-layered, multi-located team The base compensation range for this position is $125,000 - $145,000 commensurate with experience. QUALIFICATIONS B.A. / B.S. in Supply Chain Management or related degree 10+ years of Demand Planning and/or Supply Planning experience, CPG preferred. Strong cross-functional leadership capability and able to influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders Excellent Circana data knowledge.
