Darigold is looking for a Senior Associate Brand Manager, who is a dynamic leader and growth-oriented brand marketer, to join our team in further establishing Darigold as a world-class brand.As a member of the Darigold Brand team, you will play a critical role in driving brand-building, portfolio management, and innovation strategies for our milk and coffee creamer portfolios. A successful candidate will be a strategic, data-led decision maker who is collaborative and highly capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What You Will Do Brand Champion: Lead efforts to elevate the Darigold brand with consumers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Strategic Insights: Utilize consumer insights to develop and execute effective brand marketing and innovation strategies. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty for the Darigold brand in the competitive value-added milk and coffee creamer space. Innovation: Lead innovation and portfolio optimization projects with key stakeholders. Performance Management: Analyze business performance metrics such as market share, volume, revenue trends, and competitive performance to optimize P&L and market growth. Marketing Mix: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align on product features, pricing strategies, promotional plans, and financial performance goals. Market Research: Partner with internal and external consumer insights partners to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to drive informed decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, commercialize innovations, and successfully launch new products. Customer Engagement: Develop compelling customer sell-stories to enhance omni-channel distribution and Darigold product performance. Strategic Planning: Support leadership in strategic planning initiatives. Leadership and Team Building: Be a positive and visible leader within the organization, fostering an inclusive, high-performing, and engaged team environment. What You Bring Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in brand management and/or marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage or CPG industry. Strategic Acumen: Proven track record in executing strategic marketing initiatives, portfolio optimization, and new product development. Financial Management: Strong understanding of marketing and financial principles with experience in P&L management. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to drive results, effective leadership, and cross-functional team collaboration. Consumer Insights: Proficiency in consumer insights and primary research methodologies (e.g., concept testing, focus groups, home use testing). Entrepreneurial Spirit: An innovative problem solver with a growth-oriented mindset. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate strategies and insights effectively.
