What you will do Lead the design of distributed software systems for Robotic Warehouse Systems in real-time constrained environments Develop solutions for multiagent path finding and optimize heuristics to account for real-world factors Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and provide technical support Mentor and guide junior team members What you'll need 15+ years of professional experience in software development with C#/Java/C++ Expertise in classical algorithms and data structures Background in distributed software development and scripting Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
