Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. This is not a desk job. As a Assistant Sales Manager you will be out in the field, actively running leads, training new sales representatives, and shadowing and uptraining your team. If you have a proven track record in sales management, a passion for home improvement, and excellent leadership skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Actively participate in the field by running leads and demonstrating effective sales techniques. Train and onboard new sales representatives, providing hands-on support and guidance. Shadow and uptrain existing sales representatives to ensure continuous improvement and development. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Identify opportunities for sales growth and market expansion. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to optimize sales efforts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Assistant Sales Manager or similar leadership role in the home improvement industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
