Description of Responsibilities: Dependable person to perform routine manual labor requiring medium to heavy physical effort, including cleaning tubs, tile, toilets, sinks, urinals; dust offices, residential and /or classroom furniture. A large amount of snow shoveling to clean walks. Wash walls, partitions, and windows from the interior. Must be reliable, and able to work on your own. Must be very adaptable to working under time limits and multiple demands. The frequency and types of tasks may vary by assignment. Basic knowledge of various cleaning products and equipment. Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to climb scaffolding, with or without reasonable accommodation. Job Requirements: Core Requisites: Candidates must be physically able to perform medium to heavy physical labor, and able to understand and carry out written and verbal instruction.
