We are seeking a Configuration Management Specialist II to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Operations Center, within the Services Directorate. Duties are but not limited to providing program, budgeting, governance support, portfolio management and system maintenance support, as well as support to the procurement tools. The Analyst should possess demonstrated knowledge and experience applying analytic methodologies and principles to address client needs; apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of project objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategic direction; perform analyst functions including data collection, project maintenance, project testing, and creation of performance measurements to support project objectives Responsibilities are but not limited to: Document methodology and system processes to maintain VOIP systems to communicate methods of direction to other analysts and/or other members of the project team. Research most relevant handling/analysis methods for each new project. Evaluate dataset to determine whether more information is required from clients. Use solution-oriented approach to interact with clients. Analyze critical data and strategic plans with appropriate aides, tools, or software. Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite specifically in MS Word; MS Project and Excel. Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and training that provides required skills and abilities.
