Essential skill is having done home dialysis in outpatient setting. Training patients on home dialysis, maintaining patients on home dialysis.Baxter PD cycles and NxStage home hemodialysis machine. RN for Joy Dr. Address: 35 Joy Dr., So. Burlington VT 05403; float as needed to St. Albans & Berlin; Pref prior travel exp. Must be flexible with schedule, will work 9 hour days no weekends, 16 week . BLS req; Epic exp within the past 2 years required. Min 1yr outpt exp req; ESRD: Chronic renal pts; Bi-weekly Orientations on Monday· Can apply for VT license at time of offer; IVS does interviews; This facility requires ALL work history information (Bed count, EMR, Fac type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit.
