Key Responsibilities: Lead month-end and year-end close processes Manage general ledger operations, focusing on Assets and Complex Accounts Oversee inventory accounting and analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure GAAP compliance Partner with finance leadership to streamline processes Manage external audits and internal controls Mentor and develop accounting staff Implement process improvements and automation initiatives Ideal Candidate: Thrives in a fast-paced environment Excellent communicator with strong analytical skills Collaborative and independent worker Detail-oriented with a results-driven approach Experienced in U.S. GAAP and internal controls Proficient in Excel and financial systems (NetSuite preferred) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5+ years accounting experience; Big 4 background a plus Inventory accounting expertise Experience with multiple global legal entities #ZRCFS
