We are seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to join our Souderton based Information Security Team. Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all corporate and customer data in accordance with the company's information security program. Handle security incidents from identification through containment, eradication, recovery, and reporting. Perform daily operational real-time monitoring and analysis of security events from multiple sources. Perform active threat hunting to identify anomalous traffic and search for indicators of compromise, determine root cause, and take appropriate corrective action. Participate in vulnerability scanning activities to identify weaknesses in assets. Help prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities. Contribute to the authoring and delivery of security awareness training materials. Provide support to the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security policies, procedures, and standards. Actively monitor emerging threat intel, plan, and implement detective and preventive measures as appropriate. Analyze user-reported phishing emails and take the appropriate response actions. Analyze quarantined emails for safety, release to recipients as appropriate. Conduct information security risk reviews for prospective cloud or SaaS technology acquisitions. Respond to audit and examination requests and findings. Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional education by attending webinars, conferences, and other information security-themed events. Comply with all laws and regulations that apply to the position, including the Univest Code of Conduct. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Progressive hands-on experience in an information security support role, preferably in a financial services environment. Hands-on experience using a diverse set of network and endpoint monitoring, alerting, and investigative tools across a variety of platforms. Hands-on experience securing and monitoring cloud services, particularly in a Microsoft Azure environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective written and oral communications skills with the ability to convey complex technical and security concepts to non-technical audiences. Highly self-motivated with demonstrated leadership abilities and the willingness to take on increasing levels of responsibility. Ability to work collaboratively with other teams. Mastery of internet routing and application protocols with emphasis on TCP/IP. Programming experience with one or more scripting languages. Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related field desired. Industry certifications a plus.
