In-House Corporate Paralegal Beacon Hill Legal is searching for an M&A Corporate Paralegal for an in-house position based in Midtown Manhattan. This is a fully in-office role with a salary that ranges up to $120,000. This person should have at least 3 years of Corporate Paralegal experience with some experience in-house. This person should be experienced in entity formations, board meetings, and M&A transactions. Responsibilities: Supporting the VP and Legal Counsel in corporate development, M&A, and finance activities. Preparing or coordinating the preparation of a variety of documents related to corporate development, M&A, and finance matters. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Corporate Development, Tax, and Finance) in the due diligence process for mergers and acquisitions. Maintaining up-to-date corporate development, M&A, and finance files and forms. Building relationships with other members of the Global Legal and Compliance team and internal teams such as Corporate Development, Finance, and Tax. Managing outside counsel and third-party service providers for corporate development and finance matters, while tracking costs. Handling document execution, notarization, apostilling, and filing. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal Some experience working in-house. M&A experience preferred If interested and have the experience, please submit your resume!
