An ideal applicant will be service-minded, patient, consistently punctual and enjoy working with a variety of skilled individuals who share similar values and goals. General Duties/Responsibilities Provide first-level support to end-users in person and via phone, email, or chat. Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues Log all help desk interactions and document issue resolutions in the ticketing system. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate technical teams. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. Perform basic setup of new machines for end-users. Track inventory of devices and peripherals. Manage asset deployment records. Liaise with our managed service provider to support end-users. Contribute to cloud storage cleanup and organization. Participate in project-based tasks as needed. Assist with end-user training on the company technology stack. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Maintain knowledge of current IT systems, applications, and services. Assist with hardware, software and security awareness training. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. Food Safety and Quality Responsibilities Follow GMP policy when in the production facility and encourage your team to do the same. Understand our SQF policies relating to pest control, visitors, allergen management, and cleaning and sanitation. Demonstrate awareness of Management's Commitment to SQF and work towards Food Safety and Quality and help the company meet this commitment. If there is a problem that involves food quality and safety, report to the Quality Assurance Manager so that the CAPA (corrective action, preventative action) log may be filled out, the situation be investigated, and resolved with the goal of continuous improvement of food quality and safety. Required Skills/Abilities Functional knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Mac Operating Systems. Proficient with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Service-minded people-person and a patient attitude. Ability to obtain certificates including - COMPTIA A+ and COMPTIA Network+. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required One-year IT-related experience Must be able to pass a background check Work Environment/Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
