Good Samaritan Home of Quincy  is seeking a compassionate RN to join our growing team!   The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to provide medical support to our clients in their homes.   Benefits Full Time and Part Time Positions Available 6:30am-3:00pm, 6:30am-7:00pm, 2:30pm-11pm, 6:30pm-7:00pm, and 10:30pm-7:00am Hiring Bonus up to $2,000 Evening/Night Shift Differential $5 /hr Weekend Premium $0.56 /hr Response Pay: Additional $25 for Picking Up 4 hr shift within 72 hours of the shift Tuition and Student Loan Reimbursement PTO Benefits Health Insurance: Major Medical, Blessing Be Well at Work Program, and Prescription Card Referral Bonus  Dental Vision 401K Employee Assistance Program Holiday Premium Meals for All 3 Shifts Safety Incentive Bonus  Paid Bereavement  Length of Service Bonus after 1 - 5 years Responsibilities Visit patients in their homes for one-on-one visits Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients  Assess patients' conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's physician   Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures, and make recommendations for devices or tools that might improve the patient's quality of life Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing, or vocational nursing Current state license as an RN Proof of current CPR certification  Compassionate, friendly demeanor  Excellent communication skills Current driver's license and reliable transportation  Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally About Us At Good Samaritan Home of Quincy, our experienced and compassionate staff deliver the personalized care our community's loved ones deserve.  Joining our team at Good Samaritan Home means you'll have the opportunity to enrich the lives of those around you.
