About the Role: As our Sales & Performance Coach, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Guest Service Associates (GSAs), Managers in Training (MITs), and Center Managers (CMs) across our PA East and PA West centers. You'll wear many hats - from coach and mentor to District Manager assistant - all while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment in our MFH European Wax Centers. Some Key Responsibilities: Assist DM with administrative tasks such as report analysis, team communications, human resource actions and marketing directives. Recruit and Interview potential talent along with initiating and completing the onboarding process when necessary. Develop and deliver engaging training programs for GSAs and MITs, covering everything from administrative duties to sales strategies and exceptional guest service. Coach and mentor individual GSAs, MITs, and CMs to help them achieve their sales goals and reach their full potential. Identify and address areas of improvement for underperforming GSAs and MITs, providing personalized coaching and support to get them back on track. Assist with center operations as needed, including filling in for GSAs, identifying loss prevention opportunities and sending promotional emails. Host regular team-building activities and GSA Hubs to promote collaboration, engagement, and a positive work culture. Analyze performance data and identify trends to create targeted coaching initiatives and training programs. Provide regular feedback and support to Center Managers to ensure their GSA and MIT teams are successful. Sit in on GSA and MIT evaluations to assist with coaching and provide insights. Track and manage 30/60/90-day reviews for all new hire GSAs and MITs. Suggest and monitor Learning Initiative Plans (LIPs) and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for GSAs and MITs. Provide feedback to Center Managers based on lobby observations to enhance guest service, team performance, and MIT development. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a sales coaching or training role, preferably within the retail or service industry with experience with KPI's. Available to be emergency coverage in front desk or management capacity. Flexible to work mornings, nights, and weekends and absorb schedule changes. Travel to multiple locations in our PA East and occasionally our PA West regions. You read our values and thought, "OH MY GOSH, that sounds just like me!"
