We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic to support various Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Agencies. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, quantitative, research, and analytical skills in addition to the following: Responsibilities Provides initial planning documents, program & schedule breakdown structures, budget requirement analyses, and earned value guidance to program/Product Directors and integrated product teams. Provides support during review of contractor proposal submittals, including review of submitted hours, direct labor rates, overhead rates, other direct costs and general review of the contractor's Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Prepares Program Office Estimates (POE), Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE), Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD), Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Component Cost Analysis (CCA), Business Case Analysis (BCA), and Affordability Analysis and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA). Lead effort to identify data relationships, trends and anomalies. Perform ad hoc cost analysis. Support documentation and review meetings with key stakeholders. Work with senior government clients to achieve program and analytic goals. Skills Required Minimum three (3) years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Project). Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time. Ability to research, analyze, and evaluate information. Ability to express ideas effectively orally and in writing. Knowledge of the DoD acquisition processes, cost research and analysis, building cost models, phasing, collecting and normalizing data, performing detailed risk analysis. Knowledge and/or experience in Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) is a plus. Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance and/or Suitability. Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
