Senior Java Full Stack With Drupal (On site) Cognizant's Digital Engineering We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer - Full Stack with a strong background in Drupal development. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience and will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining high-quality web applications. Location : New Jersey - NJ (On Site) **Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States** Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of full-stack web applications using Drupal. Oversee the implementation of front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless integration. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs. Implement security measures to protect applications and data. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills. Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives. Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise. Qualifications: Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Drupal. Demonstrate strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript. Exhibit expertise in back-end technologies including PHP and MySQL. Show experience with version control systems like Git. Have a good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Display knowledge of agile development methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a hybrid work model with a day shift schedule. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Proven track record of delivering high-quality web applications. Desired Qualifications: Certified Drupal Developer Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus. Experience in the Telecom domain Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $55K - $100K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
