Finance Director

We are looking for a Finance Director to work for our client located in Dublin. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support key business decisions and provide recommendations to senior management. Monitor financial performance, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary. Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analysis. Manage cash flow planning, budgeting, and forecasting to optimize liquidity and support the company's financial stability. Monitor and analyze cash flow trends, identify risks, and propose strategies for improvement. Supervise and provide leadership to the finance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and systems, implementing necessary controls and processes. Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and drive sustainable growth. Evaluate investment opportunities, assess risks, and provide financial insights to support decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 8+ years of Finance experience Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations. Excellent leadership and people management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
