CAS is currently seeking a Sr, Business Requirements Analyst for our Sales Team. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Position Summary: This position is responsible for the effective elicitation, capture and use of Business requirements for Sales division key systems including but not limited and SAP EEC. Responsible for working with Technology to deliver solutions, test solutions and ensure business stakeholder approval. Drives individual workstreams or projects on their own with minimal supervision. Can lead requirements analysis, documentation and drive implementation and testing with little oversight. Job Accountabilities: Analyzes current business processes and develops, tests, and implements improvement initiatives and documents. Updates, implement and maintains/provides accurate documentation and acts as an expert on organization policies and procedures. Coordinates records management and documents adherence to policies and compliance requirements. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Drives elicitation and capture of business requirements from initial request through the software development lifecycle. Responsible for ensuring risks and issues are captured, managed, and mitigated associated with the requirements projects or process Drives end user testing (UAT) to ensure quality of delivered application changes. Drives interactive meetings with management to develop requirements based on business needs. Works cross-functionally with Technology to maintain and improve upon our integrations with different systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Computer Science 7+ years of experience gathering requirements, documenting requirements and working in a collaborative agile setting, A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Proficiency in adhering to all required activities in each phase of the project, including Discovery, Requirements, Design, Development, Deployment, and Operations Requires extensive experience with standard software development project management processes (SDLC, waterfall, RUP, agile, etc.). Requires extensive experience with standard analysis and documentation techniques (use cases, business rules, process diagrams, etc.). In addition: Ability to gain both a broad and a deep understanding of business operations, processes, problems, and needs, to the level necessary to recommend process improvements in addition to technology solutions. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
